DELIVERY
Our goal is to ship in stock items within 3 to 5 days. We will notify you as soon as possible in regards to items that are out of stock to go over the expected time frame for delivery. Because most everything in our catalog is handmade, out of stock and special order items may take up to 4-8 wks.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for items shipped within the continental United States are based upon the total merchandise amount of your order as follows:
Up to $30 . . . $8
$30.01 to $50 . . . $10
$50.01 to $75 . . . $12
$75.01 - $100 . . . $14
$100.01 to $125 . . . $16
$125.01 to $150 . . . $18
$150.01 to $200 . . . $20
$200.01 + . . . 10% of order
For shipping to areas outside of the United States please contact us and we would be happy to get back to you with a quote.
Some larger items shipped to Mountain and Pacific time zones may require additional shipping charges. We normally ship by UPS ground. Charges for furniture pieces designated “motor freight” vary by weight and destination. Call us for specific charges. Please note that motor freight delivery is “curbside” only. Carriers are not responsible for bringing the shipment into your home.
UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE
We offer free shipping on all of our upholstered furniture delivered to any continental US address. Our service includes inside delivery (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpacking and removal of packing materials. Some restrictions apply. Excludes remote area surcharge. Normally the delivery company will contact you several days in advance to arrange for delivery.
